    I am a Certified Health + Wellness Coach, yoga instructor and meditation coach. I hold a Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Certificate from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), and a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University. I’m what you call, a behavior change expert.
